The engine turns. I hear the electric fuel pump turns on. And my car is a 1999 dodge strauts.can u please tell me what to check for the problem?

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Check for codes.

. Ensure the Check Engine Light comes on and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON.

. Check for spark. If none, focus on the Crankshaft Position Sensor.
