But my point is I have been in 3 semi serious relationships that have all failed within 3 weeks because I feel like I have unfinished business with mark and I kind of force myself on dates so I can meet a guy that will make me forget about mark but it just won't happen and its starting to frustrate me now.

I guess I just need advice on what to do

Well if you like him so much then look for him but if you don't find him don't be upset you'll prabably meet again

I had the same problem I met a guy when I was like twelve or thirteen and we both really liked each other but after two years of knowing each other he moved away and I have never seen him since. I still think about him every now and then but I've moved on with my life.
