Every time I eat I get realli bad discomfort in my lower abdomen

You see a doctor, a regular appointment, not an ER (unless it suddenly gets worse).
It could be just about anything, and you don't say left or right, male or female. Right might be your appendix, but pain can appear in areas not necessarily at or even close to the cause of the pain.
