I am Looking for an 80's song from around 1983. It had a very full and swelling almost a choir type of sound. And a male singer, I think British. It sounded like he was singing "Joy al Joy al (and then there were chimes).....these things I require most." I thought maybe it was Joyann Joyann... but I can't find it under that title eather. This song is very beautiful and has a heavenly sort of sound. I am pretty sure it must be a one hit wonder. I have been looking for it for many years.

No
But thank you... The song I am looking for has a chorus JoOOOy al, JoOOOy al, that is distinctive and it assends and builds.. and those are also the very last words in the song.. But it definitely is in the same category as that song. A Very big and full neoromantic New Wave alt song. And it has chimes or bells sort of like that. :)
