I'm no longer with the ex. I've sought a non-molestation order which the funds are all in place just waiting to hear a court date.

I've applied for residence of getting my daughter back, I live with my grandmother at the moment I have my own room. It's a 3 bed room house. My nan would be happy for me and my daughter to stay here with her, home conditions are imaculate. I'm in process off seeking my own accommodation. What is the chances that I will get my daughter back in my full time care?
