Whirpool model du130xtvq2 not cleaning dishes. After it stopped cleaning in
'normal' cycle we started using 'pots and pans' cycle which was working fine and now that too is not working. The water fills and drains but not making the "whooshing" sound of water moving around in the DW. Water is pretty hot. A few weeks before it stopped working the heating element used to turn bright red... not doing that anymore, and I am able to touch it in the middle of washing.

Is that suppose to be cool enough to touch? Heated dry option is working. Your help is certainly appreciated.
