Our apartment crawl space is full of water that they can't even pump out. The building has mold in it and people are getting sick. After six months of being blown off I finally just told them I don't consider the apartment livable and then they moved on it. Ww have been evacuated for almost thirty days now. However the storm and ground water are still out of control filling the crawlspace to just under the subflooring. Now they want to move us back in but the problem has not been addressed other than trying to clean apts up enough to get the mold smell out of cabinets which they have not been able to do. We can't stay clean in these apartments and our things are being ruined from the mold smells. I have been putting some of my thinigs into storage to keep it safe. My
Question is can they move us back in without fixing the ground and storm water problem that is filling up the crawlspace to within inches of the subfloor. Oh yeah, the heat is electric coils and in the floor.
