I share our townhouse with two other roommates, one other tenant and one occupant who is not on the lease at all. I would like to evict the roommate who is not on the lease for being inconsiderate, i.e. grinding coffee and waking me up in the middle of the night. This is the third year I have lived in our place. The other tenant just moved in a few months ago. How can I go about evicting the occupant who is not on the lease even though the other tenant does not want her evicted?
