I was sitting with my friend in the class.. as soon as the lecture got over and the teacher started taking attendance.. I handed over my phone to my friend to check out a status.. I gave the phone to him.. started talking to someone behind me.. I don't know what happened the phone was at a little height and as soon as he clicked the phone the backlight appeared and got visible to her.. she started screaming and asked for the phone.. both me and my friend got scared and tried to hide it.. but she came to our seat and we had to finally give in to her.. she took the phone and gave it to the disciplinary incharge who apparently is a gone case and confisticated it for a month.. now its been 5 days since my phone is with him.. and still he is unwilling to give my phone away.. im so much dependent on my phone that its hard to live without it.. its really tough without my phone I can't communicate with my parents or friends.. can't tell them about my whereabouts.. they get scared.. I don't know what to do.. thinking of taking my dad along with me.. hope it works out.!

There is no way to get it back other than suffer the consequences of your actions and wait until it is given back.

You knew you shouldn't have it in class and you got busted.

I don't know what country you are in, but in the US, schools have to have specific policy about taking cell phones away from students. Your parents should go to the school to handle this or call them. I don't know what you mean by 'gone case.' If they say one month, and that is school policy, then that's that.
It's ridiculous to say you have to have a phone. Anyone over the age of about 30 didn't have one when in school. The first time I saw one was about 25 years ago at work, my employer paid $3,000 for it.
