Do you have a blog?

Do you imbed ads in web sites?

Do blog writers market your talents?

Are you on Facebook and LinkedIn and tout your skills?

Do you interact in real life and online with others who share your passions?

Have you joined the appropriate associations?

Do you post on IT/web design chat boards?

Find and visit blogs that do what you want to do or are in IT.

Contact real-life churches, schools, libraries, funeral homes, shops to market your talents. Have hand-out brochures that tells who you are and has contact information.

Do you have a good example of a web site you have created?

Yes they are done in wordpress and joomla, I can design the whole site using opensource CMS without any functionality by using available plugins. And design it fully.

Start with LinkedIn and FB, yes. Get your name and skills out there. Start a blog (free).

No need for private contact (against site rules). I am here a lot.
