View Full Version : Are misdmenors enough to violate your probation

I was on probation for a felony charge back in 2007 I recently was arrested for a misdmenor case which I was arrested on took to court bonded out then was arrested again on the same case in a probation hold was put on me until I go to court for trial will they violate me for this in can they arrest me again this the third time on same charge?

Yes any violation can cause your probation to be violated,
I am sorry do you not know or understand what probation is ?
You have to follow all court rules, not have contact ( bad) with police, not be arrested for anything, no matter how minor.
Also not reporting your arrest is a major violation, so if as soon as you got out of jail from arrest you did not call or go see PO that is a violation just into itself

My po did know he was the one had me arrested the first time I was picked up on this charge in I was took to jail in bonded out plead not guilty and a trial date was set he issued the same warrant in had me picked up until the trial date so I have a probation hold until I go to court on this charge
