Hello, My name is Tawana. I'm looking to start a small commercial cleaning business. Want to know the best way to get started. I have no real start-up cash. Any advice would be great.

Hi Tawana! Good for you! I am assuming that you are in the U.S. If so, then you should start with the Small Business Administration. It is run by the government. It offers a step by step guide on how to begin setting up a business. Since you are a woman, you might want to check on the site for government grants. They give them to certain minority startups, which women are considered to be, if you qualify. Never hurts to ask! They also have a link to mentors. You definitely should check that out. These are people who are usually retired and donate their time and expertise to people starting, like you. They have been in your position, having started their own companies. They can really help give you guidance.

Good Luck on your new venture! :)
