I signed a 1 yr lease on a property that had several issues before moving in. landlord was supposed to get these fixed i have written her several letters which i kept copies as proof. Landlord fixed some things but not all. One of the major issues was roaches that where there before we moved in. we have been there three months and she still has not gotten anyone to come and spray. I would like to break my lease because of this. Is there any way i can do that and get my deposit back?

See this section:

What do I do if my landlord does not make necessary repairs or provide necessary services?

At this site:
What are Your Rights and Duties as a Tenant? | Brochures | Oklahoma Bar Association (http://www.okbar.org/public/brochures/tenants-rights.htm#.UI7FmMXA9_g)

It explains your options if the landlord does not provide conditions or repairs they should.
