A little while ago I lost my rights to my 1 yr old son. The reason I got involved with dhs was because me and my ex boyfriend got.into a domestic and the police were called and they decided to arrest us both and the police would not let me call someone to pick him up because he was home and we were going to jail but they wouldn't let me call someone and I was in cuffs and we went to jail and they called because. I did everything dhs said the whole time and they deleted my rights in 5 months and I feel they never gave me a chance and I was trying very hard what do I do to prove the extremely wrongness of what they have done and get him back

First, DHS can't "delete your rights". Only a court can terminate parental rights. Second, what has your case worker said about your completing their requirements?

But the bottom line here is you need to get an attorney to fight for you're your rights. And I would stop lamenting about the "extremely wrongness" of what happened. You and your boyfriend apparently put your child in danger by fighting with him around. That's why the police didn't allow you call someone to get him, but rather had him put into the hands of children's services. For some reason, they feel you are still a danger to your child. You have to prove you aren't.
