My soon to be ex wife and I are employed at the same business and she has specifically told fellow employees that I look at child pornography and that I am a pedaphile. This is absolutely not true, but I am being treated differently now by fellow employees. I brought this to my supervisor and the HR department, and they have both stated that there is nothing that they can do, but HR presented disciplinary action on both of us. What are my rights?
