I've been getting all the pregnancy symptoms, but I still have my normal periods and I've taken a test a few time but its negative. Could I still be pregnant?

Actually, you're 100% wrong. No woman has a period while pregnant. Some women do have bleeding that they mistake for a period while pregnant, but once you're pregnant, you don't have a period.

Second thing, use real words, not text speak, it's against the rules of this site. Pregnant isn't a word, nor is are you, or u. Use real words and the best English you're capable of. You get the idea.

Your doctor told you that you had a period while you're pregnant? I'd like his name and number, because he's not a doctor, and he shouldn't be practicing medicine.

I'm not being rude, I'm telling you the facts, and I'm asking that you abide by the rules of this site. You just don't like being told that you're wrong, and you are wrong.

Women can have bleeding throughout their pregnancy, and mistake it as a period, but it's not a period. You cannot have a period while you're pregnant, it's medically impossible.

No, I'm not a doctor. I just know that it's impossible to have a period when you're pregnant. Are you reading what I write? I never said that it's impossible to bleed during pregnancy. Do you know anything about the female reproductive system? Do you know anything at all?

If you do, think about it. Once an egg is fertilized a new egg doesn't "drop" to be fertilized. Do you know what a period is? It's the shedding of the lining of the uterus when an egg isn't fertilized. So having a period once you're pregnant, can't happen, ever! I don't need to be a doctor to know that, it's a no brainer. But then, that's only for people that actually have a brain.

I am a nurse working women's health and I can tell you that you do not have a period during pregnancy.

A period is defined as shedding the uterine lining (endometrium) monthly. Since the uterus is a closed environment during pregnancy, shedding of the endometrium would put the fetus at high risk of miscarriage.

While some women do bleed during pregnancy, it is not to be considered a true period.

Apparently she needed to hear it from you. I said the same thing, but that wasn't good enough.
