Me and my girlfriend had sex four months ago. I used protection at that time and checked after ejaculating whether the semen was leaking or not. I saw the whole semen inside. After that she had regular periods for three months. But this month she is missing her period. She had pills to delay the period for some reasons twenty days to one month ago. Now she is getting tensed about the pregnancy. She is 22 years old. Please help.

Why can't she ask herself?
Does she want to be pregnant, or not to be pregnant? I don't get either way from your post.
Tell her to go to her doctor and have a proper pregnancy blood test so she knows for sure and go from there.
Otherwise I don't know what you want us to say, or should I say, any little bit of semen that close to its objective will surely travel up and, well, you know what that means. Once those little spermatozoa get going they only have one objective... find the egg that is just waiting to be impregnated !

She does not want to be pregnant right now. She had backpain some days ago. But she said that she had no other symptoms of pregnancy. So why is she missing her period?

Don't know why, how could we. She should get a pregnancy test at the doctors office.
Sometimes when women think they are pregnant, it is all smoke and mirrors; they can have symptoms they think should be there.
Have her get a proper pregnancy test, not over the count pregnancy tests.

Is it possible that someone missing her periods after three months of having sex? I mean she had her periods for three months in a regular way after the sex. I have heard that if someone is pregnant then she misses her period in around 20 to thirty days.

Ask her to check her cycle; she has to take some responsibility for this. Surely she knows.
That's all I have to say

Some women bleed throughout their entire pregnancy and mistake it for a period.
Women can miss their periods for many reasons, stress, weight gain, weight loss, medication, illness, change in diet, pregnancy, medical reasons, etc. etc. etc.
If she wants to know if she's pregnant, she needs to take a pregnancy test. We can't access her urine or her blood, so there's no way for us to tell you if she's pregnant.
I do have to say, your comment that you checked the condom and all the sperm was present and accounted for, made me laugh. How do you know? Did you count them as they were coming out? There's no way to know if the condom failed. A condom failing doesn't necessarily mean there's a hole in it. Most people don't use condoms correctly, and condoms are the least reliable form of contraception.
