My ex boyfriend and I were very good friends before we started dating. We had a great relationship and hardly ever fought. After a year and a bit he broke up with me out of the blue because he said he didn't see a future with me. Since the break up (1.5 months ago) we have been hanging out together a few times a week and he says that he really wants to remain friends with me. The problem is that I still love him and want to be more than friends. When I asked him if he thought we would ever get back together or if his feelings for me are gone he said that he doesn't know. If I want to get back together with him do you think I should continue being friends with him or go for no contact?

Well if you ignore him it might just make him angry. Give it some time and see what happens. Make sure you tell him that you still have feelings for him, but don't tell him on a daily bases. It might make him not want to date you at all. Be friendly and flirt a little. Show him that he wants you. But don't try to force it. It never works that way with good results. Best of luck
