Could I be pregnant or could this be a false pregnancy due to early menopause?

My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year and a half. I am 45 now and he is 50. He has always said he couldn't get me pregnant since he has very low sperm count. Well until recently things have changed. I haven't had my period for 3 months and all the pregnancy tests come up negative. This last month I have put on weight, my breasts hurt and increased in size, either I am hungry or nausea to the point of throwing up or nearly throwing up in the am. I do get dizzy at times and for the most part I am so sleepy I can't stay awake. Now for the menopause part I have had the heat flashes, and the sweating and yes the mood swings, mixed in with my periods becoming irregular and starting earlier each month. So folks what's a woman to do or think? Love to hear from you and get your opinion.

You go to the doctor for a blood test and settle it.

Low sperm court does not mean NO sperm, only takes one. So yes you could be pregnant.

45 is not "early" for change of life, esp if you are in America that is when most women now begin some of the early signs. My guess is it is this that is the issue, not pregnancy.
But only a proper test will know for sure

I vote for menopause... although gosh you are having every symptom in the book, not fair.
Would I bet a million? Maybe 10 boxes of munchies, sure.

A blood test will settle the issue either way. A doctor can test for pregnancy and for menopause as well, with a simple blood test.
