I have permanete custody of my grandchild,mom has had no contact at all for eleven months due to the courts ordered her to release her mental evaluation to a therapist and the therapist was to decide what visits will happen because she never complied he never allow visits now she's taking us back to court to seek visitation,my grandchild don't want to see her,can we termanate her rights

Unlikely. What you do is go to court, point out that she failed to provide the psych eval required by the court. Unless she can produce a psych eval that satisfies the court, she will not get visitation. If she does, it should be supervised visitation at least until she proves herself.

She is still the child's mother and she has rights if she can prove she has rehabilitated herself. It is highly unlikely a court will rule differently.
