So I walked out on a job letting the people know I don't want to work there anymore. When I received my last check there was three hours missing that he was supposed to pay me for. I have the records to prove it. When I texted him letting him know of the discrepencies, he accused me of stealing food, not clocking out for break, and messing up orders, maybe messing up the orders I did but the others I did not. He told me I'm lucky to get any pay and if I want to file a claim wage he will stop payment on my check recut it after food cost is taken out and resubmitte me my check. Is there anyway to sue him for this I know I can get my lost wages back by filing a wage claim but its only 3 hours? I have all this on text so I have records of this can I sue him for more money or most likely will I just my 3 hours worth of pay and end of story.
