Our Kenmore Elite washing machine (sm9711034a) will not change cycles. In wash, it washed all night. We manually turned it to rinse and it overflowed. We then moved it to spin and it would have spun it dry. Any help?

Sounds like the timer is not advancing. This will not allow the washer to run through its cycle. If it were me I would replace the timer.
