Hi everyone, this is a strange one. So I buy this lovely painting (?) at an auction and I remove it from frame. In the bottom left corner is a copyright symbol, but the picture has texture but not all over. The majority is in the heavy black areas. The signature is definitely painted on and there is 62 by the name. The paper itself seems to be a bit wavy/warped like it was once wet (painted?)

I asked about this painting years ago on the web and someone answered me saying that this type of art was sold in Africa.
