Why am I interested in complex guys?

I always enjoys the challenge to get what I can't get easily. If you read my previous post you will see that there is a guy who likes to start a relationship with me, but because he was too approachable to me, I was not interested in continuing dating him. I had many of these kind of experiences...

Recently I met another guy on a dating website. He is very mysterious, introvert, well educated, well spoken but quiet...
I am not sure if he is interested in getting to know me seriously. I have talked to him only a bit and unfortunately I have a big crush on him! :(

I normally don't fall in love easily and didn't have many romantic relationships (I am 34), but this time it feels really special...

Do you have any advise on how I can win the challenge... I really love to make it work! I am excited but upset at the same time...

P.S. he lives in another country so it won't be easy to meet quickly either.
