My ex husband owes me about 25,0000 in arrears our 2 boys are adults now and live on their own my ex recently started paying on his arrears at 40 dollars per week does this go to our sons or to me he insist that it be split between them? Please help I cannot get a straight answer

You get it, it does not go to the sons, it goes to pay you for the food you bought, for the clothes you bought, for rent and electric you paid in past years.

Next if he is working go to court and get his pay check garnished, and get more than 40 dollars
