I had a small get together at my house 2 weeks ago. 8 people were there including me & within the first five minutes of the guys arriving I noticed my phone was gone. And couldn't find it. But I knew who took it and I looked for it all night & still couldn't find it. Everyone left around 2 in the morning and I slept for two hours and after that I knew a whole lot more stuff was stolen including my grandmothers gold watch. The guy stole 3 watches, my phone, and my grandmothers watch. I filled a police report but nothing has been done. What should I do?

Did you see him steal the items, or do you just think he did?
Why do you suspect him?

I saw him going through my stuff, he didn't know I was looking. He tried to open a box with a necklace in it & I kept kicking him out of my room & he would keep trying to get in there. Him and another guy would go in the bathroom together for like 5 minutes each time.

He was going though your stuff, you saw your phone gone, and you did noting ? You did not call the phone when it was missign, you did not kick him out of entire house, tell others.
Sorry, I understand why police are not doing anything if that is the story you told them.
So when you talked to him and asked him about it, what did he say

You didn't kick them out of the HOUSE when they tried to get in your room, and you didn't confront the whole group loudly the second your phone went missing, and say 'cough it up or all of you get out.' He and his friend knew the police would do nothing. Hire some thugs to shake their pockets. Just kidding - the stuff is long gone. I'm sorry it was an expensive lesson.

I saw a picture of him today wearing one of my items. And I'm going to the police station first thing tomorrow morning. Can they charge him for stealing the other stuff ?

Here's the thing. Unless you can prove that he stole your stuff, can prove that the thing he was wearing is yours, and not the same item that he bought for himself, there's really nothing the police can do.
You can try to sue him in small claims court, but the burden of proof would be on you. You'd have to prove that he stole the items.
It's all in the proof, and you really can't prove anything. In fact, it doesn't look good at all. You knew that your phone was missing but said nothing. You saw them going through your things and did nothing. You assume they stole your stuff, and assuming isn't proof.
