I might be to young but I used to be 130 2 years ago and I've gained 50 pounds in the last 2 years I know that's really bad but I've had so much stress on my plate about school with bulys and home with everyone passing away, I'm 15 female and I have tried diets like (no suger and carbs, 14 day diet, exercise 1 hr everyday ext... ) and every time I'm on one of these diets I come to a holiday were everyone comes to vist and eat! Its so hard to do this but this year there's a big newyears bash at my ants house and I can invite a friend, so I been wanting to lose all of this wieght by then als because there's a guy I like and we have been getting close as friends think he might want to come and I want to look good! So to make this kind of short I want to be 120 lbs and I'm 180 lbs. can someone help me!!

The general rule is that it takes twice as long to lose the weight as it did to gain it, at least if you want to do it in a healthy way.

The first thing you should do is see your doctor, rule out any issues, like a thyroid issue, or something else that's preventing you from losing weight.

The doctor will also be able to give you some helpful tips on how to lose the weight safely.

It won't happen in a month, not 60 pounds, but if you start now you should be able to at least be fit and healthy by new years eve.

Unless you have DRASTIC surgery this is completely unrealistic and unobtainable!
