My next door neighbor has a sears craftsman riding mower will turn over slowly but want start. Has just replaced the battery. But the head lights want come on either. But it does turn over but want start. She said that the last time it done that someone boosted her battery and it started and ran fine!

If it's a new and fully charged battery... then she needs a new starter... I have been through that with mine 2 years ago.
