I have been feeling nauseous for a long time now and I feel it normally everyday some days are worse than others. I have a lot of excess wind and I burp an awful lot. I also suffer with a lot of heartburn and I get some pain in my stomach but it's nothing serious I think its from the trapped wind. What is the solution for this and is there anything I can do to get rid of this awful nausea?

If a doctor has ruled out ulcers, gall stones or gallbladder disease, chronic appendicitis, and any other serious condition related to digestion, then you simply start with an OTC antacid like TUMS (calcium carbonate) to relieve heartburn. The pain under the heart can be just trapped gas at the highest part of the stomach. If you find you need too much of that, you try a longer acting antacid, and if that isn't enough, you get a prescription. You also cut gas producing foods out of your diet - usually spicy and acidic ones, and caffeine and beans, but each person has his own foods that cause gas.
