For a few years now I have felt like I had a heart murmur or something then yesterday I went to lunch with a friend got to the table and got very light headed like I was going to faint right there then all my energy drained from my body my heart felt like it was in someone's hand and they were playing with it then a sharp pain through my chest my hearing went muffled vision very blury by far the worst attack I have had I was very scared thought I was having a heart attack.. Im a 30 year old female have had the heart flutters for years but never like this any ideas any one.. they have done some test on my heart but say its normal I'm at a loss and very scared..

Don't take this as a personal swip or anything... but have you considered going to a psychologist... because what you describe might be anxiety attacks. And they can better evaluate you since you already know its not a heart problem.
