OK.. I am almost 100% sure it was anime.. but it has been a long time since I have seen it. It was some type of a samurai movie, but at the end of the film in the final fight scene with the hero and villain. The hero realizes he can't beat the villain in combat, and while he is standing back to back with the bad guy he drives the katana into his own chest and goes through the villains back and out threw his chest. They both die standing back to back and I can't for the life of me recall what movie this is. If there is anyone with an answer it would help me get to sleep tonight. Thank you lol.
