Can my husband adopt my daughter, her biological father had originally stated that he wanted to sign over his parental rights, and now after 2 years of her living he is asking to see her. My daughter only knows my husband as her father and I don't want ti confuse her, what can I do to have his rights terminated? We live in Rochester Ny.

You can't have his rights absolutely just terminated if he is the bio father. I suggest you get a lawyer and have this settled between him and your husband so your husband can readily adopt. It isn't going to be easy for you, but it is the only way to handle it.
