I'm 14 and my boyfriend is 19 but I'm more mature than normal 14 year olds. I clean and do everything on my own I live in a trailer next to my house. I do everything myself and he supports me and my mom is letting me see him and I am possibley pregnant by him but he didn't know I was 14 till I told him I thought I was pregnant he thought I was 16. He said he wants to be there for the baby and to help me out because I have a $1300 dollars coming in every month from backed up child support and from having seizures.. would he go to jail.. if it was all my fault.. please no negative responses!

You can't dictate what you get for answers... so you might as well get ready for them.
Yes he can go to jail... and quite honestly he should... and its NOT all your fault... he should have had enough common sense and I highly doubt he could not have known you were NOT an adult... Sorry that's not personal, its just reality, nobody your age has matured to the level of an adult at even 16 or 17 much less 14. And at 19 he has no business going after anyone still in high school anyway.
There is that much of a maturity gap from even 17 to 19. And yes I can say that because I've known way too many "mature" kids in their early teens. Mature in that case is a relative term... mature compared to others your age likely, but Mature in the sense of a real adult... never. That takes time and more life experience than you have at this point.
Your mom could even be in trouble over this by allowing it.

There a simple answer to this.
ADULT male + MINOR child + sex = STATUTORY RAPE + Jail time.
While dating may well be acceptable, assuming your parents know, anything else has serious legal ramifications.

One would need to know the jurisdiction to find out what if any "close-in-age" exception or mitigation might apply, but yes, it is in all likelihood statutory rape.
... if it was all my fault..
That would only be true if you tied him down or drugged him to the point of unconsiousness and took advantage of him without his consent. Extremely unlikely.
