I had unprotected sex about a week later I had "2 day period" that was 10 days earlier than my expected period. That was about 2 weeks ago that I experienced that 2 day period. I took a pregnancy test this morning it came out negative. Was it to early ? Should I test again in a few weeks or just assume I'm not pregnant?

Take another test in a week, or go to the doctor.

Pregnancy tests don't give false positives, but they do give false negatives. What you're describing may have been an early cycle, or it may be implantation bleeding. Go to your doctor and have them do a blood test.
