I'm 12 and having a dark brown discharge for about 2 days 3 days . It is getting heavier day by day . I'dont I cramps all the time but sum time I have cramps .
I also have a slight pain in my back and I have pimples on my face too. I don't know if it is my first period . PLEASE HELP ME!

Sounds like your first period. Can you tell someone at home that you need some pads?
