Hi ,

I have joined one MNC on Dec 2010, they gave training and deployed me in particular location in india. In my offer letter my joining date was mentioned as March 2011 not Dec 2010 and if completed 2 years from March 2011, then they will give bonus, and I have signed a bond for 2 years and the bond amount is 1 lac.

1.Now I have quit the company 6 months before completing bond period, they asked me to pay the bond amount to get my service letter and releiving letter. I am not ready to pay the full amount, if they reduce the bond amount, then I can pay.Is it possible a company reduce bond amount? I have asked them so many times but they are not ready.

2. I have all payslip, and offer letter, bank statements. Are this documents enough for me to get next job, whether the other company will consider this as experience.

Did you object when you found out that the starting date was incorrect - or did you just let it "ride"?

As far as refunds (or whatever) what does the employment contract say? If you agreed to pay X and now want to pay Y (a lesser amount) there is no reason for the company to agree to it.

Maybe another company will consider what you have as proof of employment. It will still want a reference. You worked there for a fairly brief period, and the next employer is going to want to know why.
