I distinctly remember a movie I saw on TCM, but the title escapes me. Here is what I remember:

~A middle aged woman is very happy with her husband, but discovers that he's been cheating on her with a dancer from one of his stage productions. (The song talks about "Yellow Gold on the Trees" (bananas). She goes on a train with two new friends to a recreational camp for the recently divorced or those going through the process. The camp is in Nebraska. There, a cowboy tries to hit on her, but to no avail. She returns to the city where her ex-husband lives with his new wife, the girl who had been his lover. In the end, the two are reunited lovingly.

I don't remember Norma Shearer being middle aged, though.

I know it was remade (and I hated the remake) with Meg Ryan.
