You can't "unglue" silicone. Typically you use a razor blade or other very thin cutter to separate the sink from the countertop. This is an undermount sink?

They do have solvents out there. Here's a link to check them out. Google (http://www.google.com/webhp?source=search_app#hl=en&sclient=psy-ab&q=Silicon+jel+solvent+&oq=Silicon+jel+solvent+&gs_l=hp.3..0i13i30.5282.25275.0.52396.20.18.0.2.2. 0.161.2053.1j16.17.0.les%3B..0.0...1c.1.NbF_NsHkIg E&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&fp=99d6414d69e5a888&biw=809&bih=524) Good luck, Tom

I wouldn't use a solvent on this... just use a sharp knife (utlity knife) to score the silicone and a 5 in 1 tool (see image) or a putty knife and pry the sink from the silicone like Brain suggested.
Good luck!
