I have a friend who lost a lot of weight taking Adipex. Im getting married this year and would love to try it. Does anyone know a doctor that prescribes this type of medication? I live in Indianapolis, IN.

Adipex is a diet suppressant, to be used along with diet and exercise, so it isn't exactly a free ride to lose weight; motivation (which you would have if you are getting married!) and discipline would see you through. Given that, no I don't think we could pinpoint any doctors who prescribe it in your area. Ask your own doctor if he can prescribe it for you.
