What are the best sites to post resumes? I am looking at sales positions. There are a few out there Career Builder.com, Monster.com, The Ladders.com. What sites are good and what should I avoid.

Can't say. What country are you in, US or Canada, anyway, try them all and see what spits out. Then you can determine which is good or not good. Why don't you sign up with a placement agency for sales only positions ? That way, most of what you don't want is already eliminated.

I just signed up for theladders.com. I will give it a few weeks and see what happens. I might try a few more sites also.
