Hello jc
Omg we totally have the same prob
I bike 5 miles or 8 miles a day on flats and a bunch of hills
I do the local park
I kind of stopped working out for a year but its really taken its toll
I gained like an extra 15 pounds
And now I'm really doing the biking
The biggest thing I must target is my butt
Do you know of any good exercise videos for slimming the butt?
Someone told me biking makes it bigger.
But I love biking 2 much to stop
What do you suggest?

Jc hasn't been here since 2006 but I can tell you that I've gone back to regular cycling (Roadie) since July and I've lost at least 12 pounds.
