Shut the water off at the house shut off and disconnect both angle stop[s at the 1/2" chrome compression nut. Pull the angle stops clear. Now hold a pail in front of the open pipes and hhave someone turn the water on for a short time, Do you get pressure and a good flow out of the pipes? Let me know, Tom

Having trouble responding on this sight. Thanks Tom,for your response. The only
Shut off valve I see is on the top of water heater. Tried to shut off can only get it to turn half way. It's made of a tan pvc and so is the valve with a butterfly type knob.
Was going to try channel locks but afraid it might snap ?

Leave the water heater alone. I'm talking about the house shut off. Are you on a pump or city water? Back to you, Tom

I knew you were talking about house shut off, but could not find it. A neighbor told me to look outside were the water faucet is and found it there. I am use to seeing it in the garage. I have city water. I am going to wait till the morning and check it then.
Will get back to you and let you know if that's OK. Thanks for your patience and help.
Gary.

Tom, I tried what you said and I did get great pressure coming out of hot and cold. So the problem is the kitchen faucet. I took off the head and turned it on, the pressure was the same so we know it's not clogged there. There is only one allen fitting for the neck it's one of those big curve things. To turn the water on is just a small lever at the back and I don't see any way to remove. There are no screws. You just pull back and then left or right at 45 degrees. Do you know if this can be fixed, or do I need to replace ? Gary.

Tom I don't see a way I can send u the picture of the faucet through this site, unless you do ? Also I guess the water in the frig door is another issue. I did change the mwf filter inside frig but still works the same, very little water coming out ?
