Have a 2002 Dodge intrepid, I replaced the water pump, and after reassembly, it won't turn over. The engine is free, as I can turn it by the camshaft bolt. The windshield wipers work, power windows work. I can hear the fuel pump work but when I turn the ignition key to start it I can't hear the starter kick in... It was working fine before I replaced the water pump..

I meant crankshaft bolt.

What about it? Loose, broken off?

. Remove and fully charge the battery. Most auto parts stores will test and charge batteries for free. Clean the battery terminals and cable connections. My bet is the battery is bad.

. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.
