He deserves it. He stalks young high school girls. He just got a restraining order on him by a girl when he was trying to get in her car. He does drugs and already tried to kill my puppy multiple times. He sexually harasses me and my sister. He got this from my father since he desrespects all women and thinks of all women as sex dolls. He breaks into cars and steals money from people. He steals food, useless things he wants from Wal-mart, iPods, my fathers money for drugs. He needs to be in prison, he's almost 18 and he skips school all the time.

What is your question? Call the Police and report him.

Call the police give them your name and his name, tell them all the facts about what he does, every detail, every person, And agree to talk against him in court.

Also anytime he threatens or hurts you call the police and report

He deserves it.Hello S:

You CAN'T put him in jail, and you'll RUIN your relationship with your family if you try. What I WOULDN'T do is make LIFE altering decisions when I didn't quite know what life was about yet.. That's where you're at. Cool your jets.

Take your sister and your puppy down to the police station during daytime hours and ask to talk to a detective. Only he or she can know if what you know is enough to arrest him. It takes solid evidence.
