I'm trying to apply for foodstamps and medicaid for my daughter who was staying with friends and then ran into problems with them, she ran away from them and dcf placed her with her aunt then she wanted to come home to me and is now living with me. I'm trying to get her back on medicaid but dcf wants proof that she is living at home again.
