Hi I'm 16 weeks pregnant and today I had and liquid discharge clear white discharge and having a little slite sharp pain in my lower abdomen but not my lower back and the discharge does not have any smell.what should I do?

Way should I do when I have a liquid discharge clear white wit no smell.but was not a lot only my underwear got wet
