If you are pregnant with cancer, the chemo has to be forestalled until baby is born.

She can't have chemo while pregnant. Other treatments will have to be discussed with her Oncologist.

I had cancer and went through treatment for it (but wasn't pregnant).
First, it depends on what kind of cancer she has. Her OB and her various cancer doctors would discuss what to do. Would surgery be needed and radiation and chemo -- but maybe not all three, depending on the type of cancer, its stage, etc.

Healthcare professionals are weighing in differently on chemo while pregnant. OP is not reading what I have posted! To OP, why would you ask this again!
Canadians will not treat, and pay attention, pregnant women with chemo and many women have chose not to while pregnant.
Get her to her doctor so you and she can discuss this outright. Otherwise no one will discuss this with you, Eddie because of confidentiality issues on your own. This is highly sensitive subject as you are realizing.
No determination can be arrived at here. Good luck and keep us posted !
