Can I sell my house during bankruptsy and can the court ger my equity?

I don't think you can. You asked the court to intervene, and they did. You can't ask them to NOT intervene on this issue. Certainly, you owe people money. Why would you think the court would let you keep THIS money?
Plus, if you try to do this, you could be guilty of bankruptcy fraud, and they could put you in jail - probably would.

If you are in chapter 7, the bankruptcy will sell your house if you are not going to keep it.
IF you are in Chapter 13 you can sell it, but are only allowed keep the amount that is allowed for cash.
But you can't sell it without the trustees permission.
And what do you think? You can sell your home, keep all the cash and not pay the people you owe?? Come on, you did not really believe that
