I have signed over my rights, and plus I didn't sign the birth certificate. Do I still haVE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT. SHE SIGNED MY NAME ILEAGLE

First, it is not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your question to its own thread.
Second, what makes you think you signed over your rights? There is a myth that a person can just sign over their rights, but its only a myth.
Third, did she forge your signature or just list you as the father? Forging your signature would be illegal, but listing you as the father would not, unless there is no possible way you could be the father.
Finally, whether you have to pay support depends on whether you are the biological father or not. If she believes you might be the father, she can name you in a support action. You can then demand that paternity test be done to determine if you are the father. If the test shows you are, then you will be required to pay support. If it is negative, then you are off the hook.
