Okay, for starters. I am 19 and have been with my boyfriend for over a year. We became sexually active about six months ago. My mom recently put me on the pill (she doesn't know). We have protected ouselves EVERY time. We had sex 3 weeks ago from yesterday. I started my period the following Friday. It was on time, but I had severe cramps during my period, worse than I ever have had before. They got better and everything seemed to be fine. Once I finished, I started taking my pill. Sunday, me and my boyfriend started fooling around. We had sex, it was kind of rough, but not very. The condom was fine when we were finished. An hour later, I went to the bathroom and couldn't help but notice that I was bleeding. Like a lot, it looked similar to my period. I was freaking out, he was freaking out. I talked to one of my friends and she said it wasn't that uncommon. It started to get better that night after a while. Yesterday morning I woke up and it stopped. I thought everything was fine. Yesterday after lunch, I went to the restroom and found that I was bleeding again. I really don't know what's wrong with me. I had a OBGYN app about a month ago, and everything was fine. I am really scared, my boyfriend is very worried. My friend said that it should quit within the next couple days.. I was still bleeding all day, but it got better, I wasn't bleeding any more this morning, but after lunch I was bleeding again!

Can someone please tell me what's wrong or if this has happened to you before. My boyfriend told my I should call my doctor and just ask what she thinks. Is there something really wrong, were we just being too rough? Could this be another period? I'm on birth control right now

Please, please help.
